If it was possible to select a negative number, I would have. I have lived in my townhouse complex for over 30 years and have had several landscaping companies working here. This is by far the WORST company we have ever had. They have no consideration that this is a residential complex and were showing up at the crack of dawn with lawn mowers and leaf blowers (I put a stop to that), they don't care where they point the blowers and spread everything into my patio area every time they are here, leave my front door area a mess (my front door is always covered with yard waste) and generally do a horrible job. If you live in a condominium complex.You should try hard to get all the powers that be " to listen to your needs and requests " When living in a condominium there are so many personalities. But as a homeowner who works hard to buy expensive real estate , it is my opinion our individual voices should be heard and respected. Not to mentions that we pay thousands a yr in HOA fees. If you truly do not want a tree chopped down , write letters and have someone stand guard outside. I was working and managing dental emergencies and suddenly my tree was half gone. At least Pacific vista apologized.

Since 2011 we trusted Pacific Vista Landscape Services. From the beginning up to this time, they did an awesome job for us. Our neighbors also used and trusted this company, we do recommended them to all relatives also. They fast and they showed up to do the task according to the schedule we want, they do adjustments just to show up on exact time and date. It was a great pleasure to involved with them. Thank you so much for being responsive and reliable contractors.
