Updated Review (9/27/25): We are revising our rating from one star to five stars following exceptional service from the new ownership of Massage Envy in Valencia. The new owners promptly addressed a gift card issue from a prior transaction under previous management, taking full responsibility despite the oversight not being theirs. They went above and beyond, covering the mistake at their own expense, demonstrating integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We sincerely appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this location under its new management.

LC the manager of this location is amazing. He is extremely helpful, listens to a customer and strives to rectify any issues at hand. He is very professional and polite given any situation he is dealt. He is a very valuable employee to any company that employes him. I am very grateful for his assistance while being a customer at this location.

The message I got was not to my expectation for $140. It is not worth it. Maybe with a different therapist I would be happier.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful and set the tone. I feel like this is my second home because I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Cayli, Nicole and Eva. I'm sure all the therapists are great but these three women have really helped me heal from injuries. They are professional and go above and beyond to make you feel good.

I was exposed to Covid last week and came down with symptoms so tested and was positive. I called as soon as I found out ( 12 hours notice) because I thought that is what the CDC says and just being a decent person should do. They still charged me for not keeping the appointment. Not only does it say how little they feel for their members but they also encourage you to infect employees. You are penalized for doing the right thing.

It is impossible to get a hold of these people It seems like they have better things to do than to do business, like scrolling on Instagram like a bunch of lazy They don't want your business They don't want to answer phone or email or voicemail or anything

I like to get a massage every month but usually end up waiting 2 or 3. I tend to make last-minute appointments so I get whoever is available. By the time I went in today I was really in need of someone who could take out all the tension and help me relax. The moment I lay my body on the table I knew I should have made a 90-minute appointment instead of just an hour. This was my 1st time with Nichole. In 60 minutes Nichole made me feel better than some people could do in 90. Oh yes! I will be back soon, and I will be booking my appointment with Nichole!
