Today is Father’s Day. My husband and his friends meet there at 8 o’clock this morning and no one is there to open the gym door. There are several members outside waiting. They have all paid their membership dues or they would be denied access. This isn’t the first time. How can you be a reputable gym and there is no one to open the doors at the start of your hours of operation? Where is the manager? Epic fail.

My daughter is taking swim lessons at this facility and I was standing right outside of the bathroom stall trying to help my daughter out of her one piece to use the restroom (she’s 4) and while this is all happening I have manager Cassie standing over me watching me like a weirdo trying to help my daughter out of her suit so she can use the restroom telling me “I can’t change her in the locker room” which we weren’t even in, nor was I “changing” my daughter, simply trying to help her use the restroom. She continued to make a fuss about me “changing my daughter in the locker room” which wasn’t even the case to begin with and I don’t appreciate being reprimanded twice now for something that wasn’t even the case. She’s annoying, weird for just standing there watching me help my daughter out of her suite right outside the bathroom stall so she can use the restroom, and then she proceeded to complain to the swim coaches like it was their fault? she told me there were “changing tents” to change my kid in which wasn’t necessary because I wasn’t changing my kid out of anything to begin with! I tried calling her to complain to her privately about this but she’s avoiding my calls so here’s a nice lovely review. Friendly reminder parents just avoid using the bathrooms there cause I guess our children aren’t allowed to use the restrooms there or else Cassie will assume your kid is changing and yell at you for “changing” your kid.

Was in the area for a holiday from Australia and received great customer service from the team and Heaven. Very easy process and sorted me out with a gym pass for my stay. Great gym if you’re in the area.
