My appointment was scheduled between 8-12. I had to make arrangements to be home during that time. We emptied out freezer because we knew the door would be off for extended amount of time. I receive a phone call day of my appointment at 9:30 that the part arrived damaged and they had to reschedule. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Why are things not be inspected and checked prior to the appointment? Very very upset and will be escalating this complaint further.
This company commits insurance fraud. They submitted a claim to my home insurance company that they didn’t do. I cancelled the work order one day before the appt and one week later, they said they serviced my appliance. Submitting a bogus model number, did not take any photos or have my own signature on file. My home warranty company tried to pause my warranty because of them. Never trust this company.
This company is absolutely trash. They lie on the reports and falsify their claims so that I do not have to do any of the work. They take a ridiculously long amount of time to get the parts that they claim will only take 2 to 3 days. They do not work well with American home shield and are difficult to get ahold of and do not fulfill their obligations to their job.
