If you want great purified water at your fingertips with great office interaction, this is the place to go. Everyone is so helpful and they are quick with troubleshooting, if anything comes up. I've had my system for 12 years and I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have a company that totally backs up their product, especially with older clients, and they are a family based company. Wow!! after using Rayne then Culliagan for 25 years. We switched to Guaranteed. We have been using them for 5 mos. now and could not be more impressed. Much less expensive, the tanks are huge, We had a little mishap with a tank a month ago. Not only did the owner call me immediately after I left a message. He had a service guy out to my house within 20 minutes to help with the problem. Can't recommend this company enough.
