Over priced, mediocre. Deep tissue wasn't great, requested areas to be focused on and ignored. Reminded the masseuse during and worked the areas more. Would not go back.

Tina is just amazing. I've been going to her for years and she gets my back and shoulders feeling great immediately. Not only does she get me back in shape in no time, she also lays out a plan as to when I should come back and stretches I should do in the meantime to get my strength and flexibility back. Got a massage there and it was not very good. After finishing The person at the front desk asked me to leave a tip I was about to tip but front desk asked for it before I offered to tip. Made me feel uncomfortable. I will not return here.

I've been in terrible pain last several weeks and today I went to go see if they take walk ins and they do They gave me a 30 minute massage and very professional treatment from the moment I walked in I will definitely be returning and letting my friends and family to come here prices are reasonable AAA massage therapy glad I've found my massage place here locally

Today 05/24/2025 was my first time @ Golden Hands!,I called them at 1:30 & gave me an appointment for 2:00. A man with the name Kyle tells me it’s $70.00 an hour so I was ok,I show up & im about to tip patty ,lady who massages me!,I tipped her $7.00 ,she insisted I pay her more!,then She came in late by 2:15 ,& she told me I have to pay $10:00 extra for therapeutic massage, I was like fine!!, I Really didn’t not appreciate them coming in LATE!!!& she told me was done by 2:59!!! When she came in at 2:15!!!,they ripped me off infront of my eyes!,not so much about the money but so Much about how UNPROFESSIONAL it was!!!,as if they milked me without my permission,Patty demanded I give her more tip than what I offered her & midst of my massage she tells me I owe $10.00 more!🙄 Even though I was told $70.00,,I ended up paying close to a $100.00;Itreally about the way they just were Not direct with me & Patty being late & right at 2:59!!,not going there again!

The first time was excellent but my last massage was awful. The woman showed up late, asked me to unzip her dress so she could change 😂 and didn’t actually do deep tissue- just a whole lot of oil and rubbing no matter what I asked for. Never asked if I had injuries and proceeded to pull in my limbs….Thatll be my last visit!

I haven't tried other therapists here except Sasha. She was my first therapist there and she was soooooo good I just kept coming back asking for her. She was excellent, professional, accommodating, and I wasn't pressured for a big tip at the end (like other reviews here stated) but she deserved it! The establishment itself is clean, I recommend!

I had several Swedish massages. If you let them know you have a problem with a particular area, they concentrate in the area. Clean, friendly and professional. Cost is very affordable. Have not had any issues with staff.
