We had investigated local pest control companies and decided on pest arrest. We were completely satisfied with our first service and wanted them to check the attic for rodent activity. When we bought the house 5 years ago the home inspection noted rodent activity and they were hired to clean and disinfect and close up the openings. I had no confidence in the job they did and wanted pest arrest to verify. They found a mess in the attic and we had them really clean the attic and reinsulate and seal all openings. The team that did the work were polite and very clean and efficient and professional. It was a long two day job and they sealed off the vacuum from the attic to outside to protect us and keep the house clean. They completely cleaned the attic and we saw the video of all the droppings that we had. The new insulation was installed and we can already feel the difference. We are very happy to be pest arrest customers - they thoroughly explained the work that would be done and were respectful and thorough in cleanup.
