Darren from Coverbiz installed a new pool cover and engine about a year ago with a 5-year warranty; everything was installed good, but after a year pool cover wore out and stopped closing; when I called and texted Darren it took him a week to reply, and his reply was I'm supper busy have 8000 clients and has no time too look at it, not even giving any dates that he can send someone to look at it, wanted to take to small claims court but doestn worth of my time, I'm really surprised how some business have 8000 clients with such bad customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

TERRIBLE! Tried to charge $830 additional after the installation was complete. Now the system has broken and they won't repair it or ask the manufacturer to warranty any of the parts or labor. It broke because he installed the limit switches incorrectly. I asked him about this at the time and he assured me they were correct. BAD NEWS! AVOID!
