I've been going to Cest Lamour Nail for years. And their service is just getting worse and worse. I had a pedicure and it looked like I didn't get a pedicure. Completely awful and when the front desk asks how was your service and you tell them how awful it was they just say oh. If they aren't going to do something about it they shouldn't ask. I usually have to go back to get my nails filed down because of the powder I'm not able to cut them. Never ever been charged for a quick file my nails down and they are now charging. I’m giving 3 stars because most of the time they do a good job. But the last time the manicurist convinced me to get an add on strengthening for my nails. My nails were fine and I hadn’t done gel in awhile. In less than Two weeks and the gel all peeled off and it was so thin. I don’t think it was even gel. The worst part was she was filing my nails and hit my cuticle and I was bleeding for 20 minutes and she kept pressing real hard. Then she said “you have thin blood” like it was my fault. I was shocked and should have made her stop. And my nails are in the worst shape ever now peeling so I need to cut them short. She will never touch my nails again.The gel... read full review
