I UPDATE MAY 2026 One warning went to turn on the heater and everything went haywire call Jeremy and Tommy Tommy responded immediately came and switched out. The thermostats took care of the problem and just like the first time they came out no charge. and everything’s running awesome I would like to add these photos of a job That took two man crew less than eight hours, including lunch break to complete a total HVAC furnace system. I called out Active Air Specialists because my warranty company left me waiting for over two weeks on a repair. They came out and quickly found the issue. We ordered parts and they came back out two days later and completed the repair. This was the fastest and easiest i have had my AC repaired. The house is nice and cool now and the kids and cats are happy. Best decision i made was to call them instead of waiting on my warranty company run around. They were also very affordable. Happy customer here. I will be calling them to do my annual servicing from here on out. The guy that came out went above and beyond to leave my unit looking great and running great.
Great service: Compressor fan ceased - no a/c with summer quickly approaching! Called, they came out quickly, had to order a part, and returned in short-order to replace the fan. This is the second time we used them - both times = HIGHLY recommended!
