Appointments are required these days, no walk ins. I tried calling twice but always got the voicemail - I found it easier in the end to message the owner on Instagram and she responded quickly and got me set up with an appointment with someone the next day.When I got there (weekday afternoon), the salon was empty, so it was like a nice private haircut with my hairdresser - nice for COVID times where you hope there's less people around!The salon is nice and clean, and uses high quality products. I absolutely love my new curtain bangs hair cut and also my chocolate color balayage. Ana was super friendly even though I was tired and super sleepy . I only booked for hair color appointment at first but requested for hair cut too. She was able to squeeze in time for hair cut and also some additional requests I asked for. She did interact patiently with me and gave me the haircut I requested which is easily manageable with my lifestyle. I would come back to Ana for my next hair color and cut appointment again.
