We need someone from Vista Solar to contact us immediately regarding the 720 solar panels installed at our medical building. Despite the system's 325 kW capacity, we expect it to generate more than 30,000 kWh per month, but as per PG&E records, the building consumed 22,520 kWh last month, costing us $3,495. This indicates that the solar panels may not be functioning properly. This issue has persisted for years, but it only came to our attention after I assumed responsibility at the management company. Their door to door sales representative said he was from pg&e. He signed us for vista without asking. Becareful they ask to see your bill and sign you on their phone. I realized what happened when I got a welcome letter from them. I ended up paying 2X what usually pay. When I called them, the lady who help me out was really nic and said they would take care of it. When I got my bill and called them the other representative was really rude and was like “he have no notes about what happened and it’s not our problem our door to door sales lie”I asked him if he knew they can’t say the are from pg&e and he was like you can’t prove it.

Had a sales call just initially and the team member I spoke with would not answer any of my questions directly. Very shady in a sense. Couldn't give me direct answers then when letting him know my questions had not been answered he spoke over me and then told be to be quite and listen. Extremely rude and somewhat sketchy.
