We had a wonderful experience working with Steve. He was very thorough, took the time to explain our options, and always kept us updated on the progress of our order. Steve worked with our schedule and made the process an easy one for us. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. We highly recommend Vineyard Blinds & Shades!
We discovered Steve's store early in September during our search for banded shades. Initially hesitant about Hunter Douglas coz it's a high-end and pricey brand, we wanted to see the actual shades before making a decision. Steve, understanding our concerns, patiently introduced us to Hunter Douglas products in a highly professional manner without any pushy sales tactics.Deciding on Hunter Douglas shades, we contacted Steve for ordering and installing. After installation, I accidentally broke one of them, I messaged Steve and he was very responsive. Steve was wonderful to work with, and advised us on various styles and material for our windows. He promptly showed us a demonstration and was very helpful in getting the project installed right. Highly recommend him.
