Couldn't be more satisfied with US Hardwood and Carpet. I was looking for an installer for my new family room carpet (385 sq ft) that was on order. I'm 69 years old and was having an issue with the carpet being delivered curbside to my home. Alexis, after giving me a very reasonable quote suggested that I have the carpet delivered to them in Santa Clara, and they would bring it on the day of the install. They promptly called me the day it was delivered to them and offered to install it the next day. The installer was very proficient and skilled, and had it installed perfectly in 2 hours. The process from quote to finish went really well. I got more 1000sqft of new carpet and padding that is per stain resistant. The scheduling and actual execution went well with a very qualified carpet installer. They quickly remedied any concerns.
