I called this place for fixing a plumbing issue. They referred me to a guy I believe is named Sean. This guy called me and said he would charge me 129$ for visiting my place and giving me a quote and they will use it for the service. Other such businesses quoted a flat 300$ for the job on the phone. But this guy called me twice and was very polite addressing me as sir. So I asked him to come over . He came over and quoted 350$ for the job and if I don't take their service I lose the 129$. I told him I already had a quote from a similar place for 300$ and if he would match the offer. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work UAO Santa Clara Handyman perfromed for me in my condo. They did an excellent job
and left everything very clean at the end. Highly recommended.
