After receiving one dose of antimicrobial solution due to a very stand-at-attention wet-dog smell, I waited 2 weeks for it to work its way into the fibers as Jordan recommended, but he was at the ready if a 2nd application was needed. The solution definitely reduced the smell, but a lingering odor persisted, so Jordan returned when I called a couple of weeks later and efficiently dosed it again. I was very satisfied with The Carpet Solution and highly recommend the company!

We needed a last-minute carpet cleaners and we were able to get an appointment right away. I called the evening before and they were able to squeeze us in the very next morning. Great service, easy communication and they got out stains from general wear and tear of kids and pets.
