Jordan is not only a mensch, but he also stands by his service and professionalism. After receiving one dose of antimicrobial solution due to a very stand-at-attention wet-dog smell, I waited 2 weeks for it to work its way into the fibers as Jordan recommended, but he was at the ready if a 2nd application was needed. The solution definitely reduced the smell, but a lingering odor persisted, so Jordan returned when I called a couple of weeks later and efficiently dosed it again.
