If you're looking for a place to workout with a motivating group of great people, this is the place. The coaches, the staff, the director were always so positive and welcoming each time I came in for the 5 am classes! The classes are always challenging but do-able for beginners like me. They even give modification options for those who have knee or back issues. There's so many different workouts we do each class so you'll never get bored, and they help with your form too. One day focus is upper body, then lower body, then full body and repeat in rotation. I did the 6-weeks, 20 lbs weight loss challenge! It was tough and I was sore at the beginning, but I stayed committed to the end. My mind is renewed, I feel great and look great! They gave us supplement recommendations especially for the soreness and a list of foods we were allowed to eat on the challenge along with portions and examples of a meal schedule, which was literally every 2.5-3 hours that you are awake. I was never hungry, and I was able to drink my one gallon of water per day and sometimes more! I lost 22.2 lbs in total!!!! Very grateful for everyone here and so happy I found this place.
