apparently the online check-in doesn’t mean much. Had “reserved” a time slot online and still had to wait for over 35 minutes - 1 starAveraging out to 3 stars since previous haircut with Irene was punctual and of good quality.

I use this place only out of convenience of location. But they are very careless with something as simple as beard trim. Every single time I have to point out to them that they didn’t trim properly and still they don’t do a good job. Very sloppy.
