Sensei Wayne Krill is awesome! He is so well-versed that just by watching your moves for few sessions he can infer specific body types and hence problems you might encounter while mastering various techniques.He comes with a clear agenda everyday and pushes everyone (according to their body types) in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.I highly recommend this class if you are interested in learning Karate the traditional way.

I studied Karate at College and since then have been off and on at various schools. I have returned to Shotokan West after a long hiatus and have been studying for more than One Year. I have found my experience to be quite rewarding in terms of the Physical aspects and the class has also helped build my confidence and Self-Discipline. The class is Great Value for money and is held at a very convenient time for me. I have a long Commute and find it more beneficial to train than to be stuck in Traffic. Traditional Shotokan style taught with a modern relaxed view. lots of basics as well as practical applications are taught. Sensei has 20+ years experience. i've been going for 15+ years and continue to learn new things. it is a great experience for both beginners and experienced martial artists.
