The owners are so kind and so efficient! I’ve used them for dry cleaning, alterations and repairs, and cleaning and storing my wedding dress. They even gave me a free preservation bag for my wedding dress! I appreciate their honesty with turning down certain items that are just too far gone with salvaging. 5 stars!
I asked for my mermaid style prom dress to be altered and when the woman who helped me counted that it would cost +$230 (13 yards of fabric + cutting into multiple complex floral sequin patterns) she gave me a tutorial on how to DIY it at home! Very kind and sweet people run this place ❤️❤️❤️
Friendly family business that performs excellent cleaning services, on time, without a hitch. The very few negative reviews on here are related to pricing on specialty items. But Shine's prices are competitive and in line with other cleaners in the Bay Area. It's really simple: if you're brining in an unusual item, then ask in advance how much it will cost to clean it. If it's too much, then don't give them that item and you won't have to post a whiney review about a good, honest business.
