Friendly family business that performs excellent cleaning services, on time, without a hitch. The very few negative reviews on here are related to pricing on specialty items. But Shine's prices are competitive and in line with other cleaners in the Bay Area. It's really simple: if you're brining in an unusual item, then ask in advance how much it will cost to clean it. If it's too much, then don't give them that item and you won't have to post a whiney review about a good, honest business.

I've been a customer at Shine Dry Cleaning since 2005 and the service remains efficient, polite and very good drycleaning. It a husband & wife team and the wife always greets me with a warm smile. Snd always provides honest & realistic outcomes on difficult items I bring in. I've never been disappointed! Although I've moved from Santa Clara, I continue to bring my cleaning to them! As long as their in business I'll be a customer no matter how far the distance!!
