I’m very happy with the service I received. Our technician, Ilia, was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. He helped me select the most effective and cost efficient solution for our drainage problem. I hope I don’t need more service but if I do, I will definitely contact Ilia at Roto Rooter!
Barnaby came shortly after the technician fixed our problem, and did a diagnosis with camera to confirm the problem was caused by tree roots in the pipe on the street. He‘s also very patient to answer my questions on the possible soluations and potential issues in our pipes.
After Philip cleaned up the main pipe - 70 years old - Barnaby did a thorough inspection and clearly explained the source of the issues, and recommended reasonable options to fix them
