really wish I would have checked the reviews before coming. nail lady rushed the appt. when deciding on square or round, she said "hurry up, I have someone else waiting for me" rude, rushed, and sloppy. then still asks how much I'd like to tip lol

Very poor service and the asian lady (I think KIM) running the shop is super rude.Gave me 2 different price on the phone and charged me different while visiting her.Her work is poor. Doesn’t care for what she does. Ask for “TIPS”. If you don’t tip her enough, she acts rudely.Ruining all asians name I must say.

Came in to get a full set (clean nails, all natural) , doors show walk in welcome. Hours are 10am-8pm M-F. It's 5:15 and I'm greeted rudely and I was told no time for you, unless you get gel someone will help you. There was only one customer and 2 other woman who were working. Such a shame... I'm a big tipper and the experience was so horrible.I won't be coming back... NEXT-
