Our A/C went out just before the July 4th holiday and Trio was able to get us an appointment on the morning of the 5th. Firooz H. was our technician. He arrived within the promised window notifying us in advance when he was on his way. Firooz was courteous and professional explaining what needed to be done and why. The quote was clear and he had everything on his truck needed to repair and service the unit. He even took the time to replace our air filters (which we had on hand) and took the old ones with him for disposal.
