I took my 2011 WRX to Mann for their brand coilovers and misc supporting bushings. Michelle was my Rep and she took care of me and my car from beginning to end. She answered all my questions through email and over the phone regarding my quote. I felt confident knowing what I was buying, what was being done to the car and what I was going to be charged for labor. When I dropped of my car - she gave me a quick tour around the shop and showed me the parts that was going to be installed. Their shop is the best you are going to see.
