Cesar from Made Simple HVAC was excellent. My landlord sent him over to our home in Campbell, CA, and I’m glad they did. He was punctual, had great communication throughout the process, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our AC. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend Cesar and Made Simple HVAC to anyone in the Campbell area looking for reliable HVAC service.
Best in terms of price point, no questions. Giving 4 stars since I had 2 appointments for the AC installation, and they couldn’t install the thermostat properly. It worked fine after the third visit.
There was a courtesy visit scheduled for a week later, but that never happened.
We had an excellent experience with Made Simple Heating & Air from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the whole process was seamless.
A special thank you to Cesar and Servando, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project.
Our project was in San Francisco, and finding a trustworthy contractor can be challenging, but Made Simple Heating & Air exceeded our expectations. We felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.
Highly recommend!
