This morning, I went to Lucy for a haircut, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Finding her salon in the large plaza was a bit challenging for me, but Lucy guided me with such grace and patience, even when I became frustrated walking back and forth in the parking lot. Once I arrived, I was immediately impressed by her meticulous attention to detail. Lucy took the time to ask about my preferences and carefully worked around the condition of my hair and the shape of my face to create a style that suited me perfectly. I received a digital perm + hair trim and I love the results! It was my first time getting a perm and the process couldn't have been better. It's pretty easy to book online and there's only one client at a time. I got to watch kdramas and there's kpop music playing in the background. :D I asked Lucy a bunch of questions and she answered all of them very patiently. She also gave away complimentary wide toothed comb and hair mask. Highly recommend.
I made an appointment with Lucy for my little sister to get a digital perm and a hush cut with front bangs. After some consultation they agreed on doing curtain bangs instead of front bangs. This is the first time she got a perm and a hush cut and she loves it. We are definitely going back, thank you Lucy!
