If MARIA doesn’t gets a raise i don’t know who would. MARIA who works at bloomingdale’s LV store is a GEM . Never had that kind of experience ever even at owned LV stores . Honestly bloomingdale LV store in the mall is MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN THE LV STORE ITSELF. Customer service at LV store was literally so bad i didn’t even want to purchase the bag from LV anymore.

Great experience with multiple sales associates. They all are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I am new to LV and the only complaint I have is that all the styles of bags are not displayed. You need to do your homework and know what you want before coming in. Of course when you mention a particular bag they do bring out from their storage.

I've had an amazing experience with the CA Jennifer. I worked with her for several different purchases and it was evident throughout my experiences, she truly cares for her clients and she listens. Unfortunately, I didn't have this experience with other employees while in the store, they all similarly had a judgmental glare. However, Jennifer stands out and I recommend requesting for her should you choose to shop in this location - she is truly a gem.
