We had hired Iris Mechanical for replacing our Heater and A/C. They were really patient with us in the entire process and answered all our question. I would like to give Kudos to Nick and team for it. I love their step by step process going to initial quote to project management and finally delivery the project. They even helped us to get rebates from the county as well as financial assistant with 0% APR. Among bids for a full HVAC replacement; Iris Mechanical’s estimate was more thorough and a better value (I chose a 3-ton Bryant variable-speed heat pump). I felt the installation quality was excellent. Their office handled the HERS and city inspections and rebate submission with good communication making the process quite simple. The install hit some snags like outdated thermostat wiring and a neighbor on vacation but the crew didn’t cut corners, or pad the bill, and the system’s been running great since.
