I had a great experience getting first time global bleach and hair coloring done by Seven! He put a lot of time and attention to color matching my reference photo and the outcome came out even better than the reference photo. Seven and everyone on his team frequently checked in on me and my hair to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely come back for touch-ups/try something new in the future. There are also translators if needed!

I needed an interpreter to communicate, which was
acceptable. The female hairstylist that processed my Tokio
Inkarami Hair Treatment did a great job. What is left of my
hair feels great! The male hairstylist who cut my hair either did
not understand the interpreter of my request for low layers
and cut only an inch off or only knew how to cut layers only
one way (Japanese haircut?) or cut my hair in a style that he
wanted to see me have. I lost 3 inches of my hair and now
have 3-inches of layers. He didn't talk to me while cutting my hair. Thus, we didn't talk through how he was going to meet my expectations.

Love my haircut from Shinni!! Showed her a photo but told her I trust her and to do her thing and love how it turned out!! Wanted layers, long bangs but v back. Got it all exactly. Hard to find good hair salons in the Bay Area but I think I found my spot!
