Total Vision has good and kind staff, and had helped me find the style of glasses I liked. The process of being prescribed was smooth and easy, which was definitely a big plus. Overall great experience!
The doctor I visited was very good but The front desk services is not good at all. They don't give you proper answer and information about the products you purchasing and ordering and rebates you might receive. I am so disappointed about my total order from them. First they told me if you order daily contact lenses for whole year you will get a rebate of $300 but they did not have enough information and or did not give me correct information that there is 3 or 4 type of lenses only include for this rebate and also for color contact wont be any rebate! After I finally submited my claim via brand on the call which the paper I received from the Total vision office with a code number for the rebate was not actually work for online submit! and they even did not know about it! The brand told me; your claim won't be $300 and will be $200 because is not the first priority brand in the list. then after 2 weeks my claim declined and I called them to see why! they said because the total 8 boxes I got is half clear and half colord and I even did not know that, because nobody told me that when I ordered my contacts in the office with the front desk ladies! additionally one of the office lady has a attitude that you should not ask questions, or,, I am so dissapointed by their office service.
My husband and I were going to eyetopia for 6-7 years until last year. Dr.Lily Kim is great. But the staff is very unprofessional for the past 2-3 years. They cancelled my appointments twice last year. Also, the staff don't help with customizing the size of rimless glasses (which they would do earlier). I was told that only manager does the customizations and was told to schedule an appointment with the manager. Very long wait for appointments as well as to receive the glasses. When there are good optometries with walk-ins available here in the Bay Area, I would definitely not go back to Eyetopia. Waste of time and energy!
