The shop provides excellent customer service and accommodates urgent requests, even with less than a 24-hour turnaround. Customers recommend buying clothes off the rack and taking them here to look amazing. Services include alterations for jeans, suits, sports coats, and dress shirts. The shop also handles out of the ordinary cleaning, repair, and fabrication, such as working on large flags or creating vinyl jackets. They are skilled with intricate items, including Indian outfits with beading and embroidery. The craftsmanship and customer service are hard to match. The owners go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, keeping in communication and searching until they find what is needed. Pricing is described as reasonable, affordable, very very fair, and lower than usual. This shop is considered a gem and highly recommended.
If I could go back and give my younger self some advice, it'd be to establish and maintain two excellent relationships: One with an accountant, and one with a good tailor. This shop is the latter.Very good value for altering clothes! I had several jeans I shrunk out of they tailored to fit, along with the same for a few suits, sports coats, and dress shirts. Seriously - buying clothes off the rack and taking them here makes you look amazing, highly recommend their services. Lovely ma and pa shop with excellent customer service as well.
I recently went in for a couple of our out of the ordinary cleaning, repair and a fabrication needed. One was a 50 x 35 ft US flag needing grommets and a cleaning. Next was 25 flag jackets of a vinyl material to be made. The Owner Gina went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied. She would not give up searching until she found exactly what was needed. She kept in communication and her pricing is very very fair. Her craftsmanship and customer service are going to be hard to match.Thank You Gina,Ray Castro
The stars say it all, I only have positive things to say about Express Alterations… I came in with an urgent repair needed THE VERY NEXT DAY, and Gina happily accommodated my requests. This a less than 24 hour turn around! She completely went above and beyond with her service! She even had me try on my outfit and made a quick fix ON THE SPOT. The prices are reasonable and affordable.To my East Indian Ladies- Gina was able to fix my Indian Outfit (with beading and intricate embroidery!!) What a gem! I highly recommend and I will absolutely return!
