Ethan and the team are great. Brought my truck in on a Thursday to change my break pads and he took the time to show me the current condition they were in and what he suggested we do once he takes a closer look at them. We ended up only replacing the front brake discs and resurfacing the rear ones. Even better, everything was done by the next day. Highly recommend.
Ethan's Auto and Ethan himself have great customer service, fair pricing, and very knowledgeable for basic or complex repairs. I highly recommend his shop for foreign or domestic auto repairs.
I've been a gutter contractor in Santa Clara for 26 years now. He works on four of our vehicles. Well this is the guy you want. Straightforward honest, reasonable, regular guy, easy to deal with. He has done broken windows, broken locks from theft, radiators, power steering, alternators, heater fans, transmissions. You'll be very happy to have a regular honest mechanic to go to. He can give you some great advice about your vehicle.
