I had a lingering knee injury that lasted for about 3 years. I hurt my knee playing basketball, and after being sore for a couple weeks, it never fully healed (maybe 70%). I couldn't run for any sustained period of time, and thus my cardio exercise was non-existent. Cut to the chase-- I came here, and they helped get my knee back to 95%! I can run and squat now. The massages and exercise regimen was just the right level of intensity to both heal and strengthen my leg. For context, I got treatment in late '22, and a year later, no major setbacks to my knees other than the normal aches and pains of not being young any more.

Dr John and his staff are definitely my Go To for shoulder pain that is quickly diagnosed and treated. He was highly recommended by my master's swim coach and I totally agree and recommend for any type of mobility issue.

My experience with Donell has been great. By far the best PT I’ve had. He listens, observes and makes adjustments to exercises, constantly trying to make them better. And his hands-on approach to helping me stretch are appreciated.
