Disturbing and unpleasant experience in home deep cleaning!

I've had Lupe and her crew clean my house off and on for over ten years. Alex has also cleaned my carpets and tile floors. They've been honest and fair with us. We've been very happy and satisfied with their cleaning service. It's all about communication if we asked them to clean something they're happy to clean it no problem. We love working with them.

I'll be generous and give them two stars: one for Lupe being nice, and one for no charges. So here is the incredible story of Lupe and her crew. I've never encountered anything like this and whomever I retell this story can hardly believe their ears. The cleaning was so "complete" that it never got completed.... I won't go into all the particulars, but here is the rundown: 1) Saying will call, but then got no call with appointment confirmation 2) No communication for a week then suddenly got a call that the cleaning would be done the next day 3) They came to my home and then abruptly left about 15 minutes later without completing the cleaning... read full review
