Wish I could giver zero stars. Sutter sucks. Top to bottom. Just came over from Kaiser by no choice of my own. Can't get the medicine that I need daily. I've wasted hours on this between my doctor and CVS. Stupid ass insurance won't cover my meds. So glad I lost my Kaiser where everything was easy and the people cared, including the pharmacy. If you can avoid Sutter, I would recommend it.

Primary care ok, but Five month wait, which is the earliest appointment I could schedule today in 1 of their other departments, is outrageous.

PAMF used to be great until Sutter bought it. Now it is terrible. Difficult to get appointments, long waits to get appointments (I've been on 6-months wait lists for several doctors), you can't reach your care team by phone (you have to go through a remote/out of state Customer Service call center to leave a message for your care team), You can't choose your primary care doctor, they assign it to you, etc. It's the McDonalds of healthcare.
