Called and was offered appointment that same day - I had to delay it 'til next day. They explained it was $125 to come out and diagnose, but if we did the repair, that $125 would be removed. Gave estimate based on what I told them. Came in time frame given the next day, took dryer apart, pulled drum, replaced bearings, etc. buttoned it up and it was good. Father and son, both pleasant, efficient, neat. Paid as estimated. All good. Would absolutely call them again for a problem.

great service. I've used them for my dryer and dishwasher. they do a great job. great service and I highly recommend them. my appliances are old ones and having them repaired is better than replacing them. besides the older ones seem to last longer too.

I was naïve and that's on me. I called about a washing machine issue. They said the only way to know the matter was to come look at it. I said okay and made an appointment. They didn't tell and I didn't ask how much it would cost. They came early (+) spent 5 minutes looking at it, I had already taken the back off and unhooked the hoses. They remarked how surprised they were something like this lasted this long. Told me to buy a new washer and charged $125. In and out in 15 mins.
