I booked an appointment online. Received a confirmation text message for my appointment. Showed up at the studio and the massage. Therapist was not there and was unable to give me my massage because she didn’t check her schedule. Will not be going back. Highly unprofessional.

You never know what you'll get with CoCo: happy and awesome or grumpy and you're happy it's over. But she's always late no matter how far in advance you schedule.

This is the best massage parlor in Santa Barbara California and that's nearby the CVS parking lot and just go in there give her a call and she'll give you a good massage the best in town and the rates are $60 an hour and I give it a five stars
