We got 5 via on an apartment building roof. Walter's bid was over 3 times more than the other 4 bids. To say the least we hired someone else. Walter came to look at one of the apartments that was for rent. This was right after we informed him he didn't get the job. He looked around, never even took an application. Then we get notified from Fair employment and housing that he's suing the owner. States she refused to rent to him.. TOTALLY FALSE. So beware if he buys a job for you. It's pu lic record look it up. Oh and he's got himself some lawyer Credentials. I'm assuming this wasn't the first time.
