Alan is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented hairstylist! He takes the time to really listen to your needs and preferences, while also offering helpful suggestions and creative ideas. He’s friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. I always leave feeling confident and happy with the results. Highly recommend Alan if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and does an amazing job every time!

Alan is always so welcoming towards me as well as accommodating to all of my needs. He uses the product I requested which is ammonia- free Schwartzkopf, dyes my eyebrows, keeps my hair healthy with a trim each month and offers me tea with honey every time. :)
Honestly, Urban Salon is the best beauty parlor in Santa Barbara and Alan, the owner, is an outstanding hair stylist. I feel lucky to have found him!

Alan was an amazing hair stylist! I walked in here on a whim because I desperately needed a haircut and, luckily, he had availability! He was knowledgeable and accommodating and my haircut looked great! He listened carefully to what I asked for and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable. The salon atmosphere was also really chill since he was the only stylist in there, which I prefer to other salons where it can be loud and packed with other stylists and clients. Highly recommend!
