We had our Saltillo tile cleaned (which covers our 2400 sq ft home) and we're very happy! They were accommodating when we needed to reschedule due to last minute sickness in our house. Still got us in quickly the next week. Very professional and efficient - did a great job. Arrived ahead of schedule and got to work right away. Will definitely use them again!

We had a very good experience with Unique. Their staff/workers were very nice and professional and courteous. The price value for their services was good and they did a very good job on our French limestone floors and our shower floors. We would definitely recommend these folks to our friends and family.

If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I most likely would not have believed what Unique Maintenance did to restore my Paver driveway. After a car that had been serviced recently but where the oil filter had either failed or wasn't installed properly, leaked a puddle and two 15 foot streaks of oil, I knew I had to act fast, but where would I go? I wasn't going to try by myself and besides, it was a huge mess. I called the owner, Henry, of UM and he referred to his son Josh and he was there that same day I called. Talk about dedicated!
