Paul and the Tech Doctors team do a fabulous job. Always responsive and knowledgeable. I was convinced nobody could figure out how to get our ticket printer to work with our remote ticketing program and Paul figured it out within about a half hour. Paul is also very mellow and easy going and provides a calming effect when you're frazzled by tech not working. Highly recommend.
Paul was so accommodating to try to resolve my laptop issues. He even returned it to me at my hotel after diagnostic analysis.
