I had a swarm of 4000 bees appear at my place on a Saturday and luckily found Super Bee. Nick not only answered the phone personally (every other service had an 800#), he calmed me down and came out a few hours later and captured the bees to rehome them and left me bee free. Nick and his assistant came out and removed it quickly and saved the bees, removed the potential of future pest control problems by removing the attraction of a rotting nest that could attract ants and roaches. I strongly recommend Nick and Super Bee Rescue. He explained everything he was doing to remove the bees safely. He returned to double check everything. Nick was very responsive and professional in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his explanations were easily understood. Though I'd not met him before, he quickly responded to my e-mail sent on Sunday. He displays a very good sense of urgency. I'd give him a 10 out of 10 in every area.
