This is an enthusiastic positive review for Southern California Piano Academy in general and specifically for my instructor, Emmanuel Fratianni. What started for me as an experimental trial has turned into 16 months (at time of posting) of a growing passion for piano and music. The private lessons are motivating, enjoyable, and informative. I can’t think of anyone better for me to work with- my piano playing has shown consistent progress while learning in a comfortable setting. Emmanuel’s knowledge and love of music is imparted to me through his enthusiasm for teaching. I highly recommend the Southern California Piano Academy to anyone who wants to play the piano.
I’ve told my friends how Emmanuel is The Most Patient Teacher On The Planet. He always meets me right where I'm at and is tremendously encouraging and non-judgmental. His knowledge is impressively extensive; I especially appreciate whenever he shares tidbits about music history that lend a perspective which really motivates me. I've learned so much and am so grateful for his steady belief in me. I can't recommend a teacher more highly and could not imagine learning to play the piano as adult from anyone more accomplished, kind, and inspirational than Emmanuel.
I’ve been attending Southern California Piano Academy for a year and a half, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Emmanuel, my teacher, is excellent—he’s patient, knowledgeable, and makes learning at my own pace both smooth and enjoyable. Whether you’re a young beginner or an adult playing in your free time, this academy offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all skill levels. Highly recommended!
