Frank is a true hero! He is very professional, thorough and he puts safety first. My car was involved in an accident, and it was not drivable. While I waited for several hours for the tow truck to arrive via AAA, the reason was because it was a busy Saturday evening with high demand and few drivers, By the time the flatbed tow truck arrived, it was early morning (1am), and we had the unfortunate misadventure of driving behind an incapacitated, drunk driver who was swerving across lanes of the 101 south.
