When I first called Marcia, she had told me that she had stepped out of the office for the day for some appointments she had. However, when I told her that I was desperate and needed my live scan done that day, she told me to call her back if I was unable to find anyone else that could do it. When nothing worked out, it was actually Marcia who called me, explaining that she could go back to the office and open up just for me, despite running on a tight schedule.I really appreciated her going out of her way and shifting her schedule just to help one customer!Her service was also one of the cheaper options available!Highly recommend her service for great customer service,...read full review

Go to Marcia! I needed fingerprints to volunteer at a preschool. I tried the UPS store on West Anapamu downtown and Live Scan on Canon Perdido and just got the run around. Live Scan entered inaccurate info into the system and I had to go back a second time. They then entered wrong info again so the application was rejected yet again. The manager there was condescending and unfriendly. The UPS store had nicer staff but incompetent and confusing. The UPS staff also entered the application inaccurately in the system so for a third time the application was rejected. Marcia, was super wonderful to work with for my finger print scan! She was punctual and professional. She was able to fit me in the day after calling to make an appointment, which was quicker than expected and very appreciated. She even followed up with a text when she was notified that my scan had been completed and transmitted to the requesting agency.
