I recently sold my condo through Mike Richardon, Realtors after having it managed by them. Their management team were on top of all aspects of property management and extremely professional. Mike and Kyle were in charge of the sale. Every aspect of that process (establishing sales price , prepping and staging the property for sale, handling repairs during escrow, etc.) was handled with extreme professionalism and promptness. Their communication with me was great. They were always available by phone and email. They also have very reliable vendors that make this efficiency possible. I would not hesitate to use them again.
