Called Lenz for an estimate on pesky critters in the attic. The cat is fired!!!Anyway, Vino, a very nice, professional young man checked out the house and identified all the holes that those critters had chewed through the barriers. Got a very fair, reasonable estimate. Because of Vino's helpful attitude as well as his knowledge I'm going to get them. Harriet Roberts

Mixed feelings. We hired them to fumigate for termites in our 142 unit/18 building condo complex. The contractor they hired (Quality Pest Control) was great...very efficient. Marian in the Lenz office tried to be helpful, but it was not as organized as it could have been. The brochure suggested that homeowners return all signed contracts 2-3 days before date of service to the "fumigation/termite company." If you are on the BOD for a large HOA, you know that getting documents signed in a timely manner is like trying to herd cats, especially for the rental units.
