David Ainsworth came on time and was knowledgeable about the habits of ants. He sprayed all around the outside of the house and left me some bait traps in case I had any more ants.
Nathan is a champ! My garden was seriously over-run by gophers and to a lesser extent moles when he began servicing my property last spring. I had tried using solar powered buzzers and repellent available from the garden supply stores, but the little monsters just laughed at these deterrents. Nathan first used some traps, and then bait. More recently after he began to get better control over the garden, he switched to a kind of repellent he pumps into the tunnels It has been working! He's also personable and easy to work with. We usually stroll around the garden together when he comes. He is very observant, and also a great person to work with I'm happy to give...read full review
Last month when the technician, Adolfo, was here I mentioned having heard rats running along the top of the fence. He moved the location of one of the bait stations to be closer to where the rats most likely come from. This month I did not speak with him but he moved the bait station once again. I can only surmise that he expected more rat traffic to the station than actually happened so he adjusted it again. I appreciate both him remembering and further adjusting to accommodate it. And by the way, after moving the trap last month I have not heard the rats along the fence any longer. His efforts may have been successful.
