Mr. Lavender was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was punctual and showed up when he said he would, and kept me informed of the status of the special parts that had to be ordered.
Tim is the best. He's someone that really knows and is thoughtful on how to accomplish the work needed. Easy to communicate with and I feel really lucky to know that Lavender is literally around the corner when we need him!!!
Tim showed up early for his appointment! Tim had ordered a cylinder for the self leveling system. He ordered the correct part and installed and re inspected the system, all was repaired. while Tim was on sight, I also had him de lime the water heater and installed a new iron rod. I also had him clean and inspect the HVAC roof air as summer is coming. both inspected and confirmed running correctly. Tim finished his mobile visit by sending me a systematic sequence of video and pictures of each repair and the outcome of the finished inspections with the results. Job complete.
